In this proceeding, plaintiff ‘The Texas Taxpayer & Student Fairness Coalition’ and other plaintiffs alleged Texas Education Board and other defendants were not providing adequate money or equitable funding to meet the academic standards of the state of Texas and this was resulting in most of the students studying in public schools in the state of Texas in not getting equal opportunities to graduate from high school, with education and skills that are necessary for joining colleges or Jobs.

The Plaintiff and other joining plaintiffs were represented by attorneys Richard Gray, David Hinojosa, J.
