In this healthcare malpractice litigation proceeding, plaintiff Wanda Clemmons alleged Scott Cunneen and Cedars Sinai Hospital of malpractice while she was being operated for Gastric Bypass (weight reduction surgery), due to which the plaintiff suffered intractable diarrhea and abdominal pain, for which she needed to go for further surgery.
