Summary

In this construction negligence litigation proceeding, plaintiff Treo Maintenance Association alleged Brookfield Woodbury LLC of being negligent in construction of the development ‘TREO’, due to which it suffers from variety of construction defects in the common areas including concrete walks, stucco patio walls, and front entrances. The plaintiff’s counsel argued that Plaintiff relied on the Developers' assurances that property inspections and repairs were adequate, when in fact said inspections and repairs were inadequate and resulted in additional property damage.
