Summary

In this automotive negligence litigation proceeding, plaintiff Ross Linert alleged Adrien Foutz of being negligently rear-ending her vehicle to that of the plaintiff due to which the plaintiff and his wife suffered injuries. Plaintiff also alleged the Ford Motor Company of being liable for manufacturing a defective cruiser which caused severe burn injuries to the plaintiff, when the crash happened.
