Krauser v. Biohorizons, Inc., et al.

CONCLUDED

Hearing
07/06/12 – 07/06/12

Summary

Krauser invented a new dental implant system and conracted Minimatic to produce a prototype. Minimatic later filed a patent that Krauser maintains copied his dental implant. Minimatic was sued and later filed for relief in bankruptcy; Krauser's claim was resolved in two different settlements. Minimatic was eventually absorbed in to BioHorizons, which, Kauser alleges, didn't comply with the settlement agreement. The defendants allege that the time within which to sue has passed.
