Summary

In this Engle Progeny tobacco litigation proceeding, plaintiff Rosie Marie Cox (Personal representative of the estate of Roland Cox) alleged R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company of fraudulent concealment of dangers of smoking cigarettes manufactured by the company which led her husband Roland Cox to get addicted to smoking at an early age and also alleged the company of being liable of manufacturing defective cigarettes which caused Mr. Cox lung cancer and resulted in his death in the year, 1993.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney Gregory Prysock, Keith Mitnik, Joseph Taraska and Alan Noecker. The defendant in this case, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co was represented by attorneys Jeffrey Furr and W. Randall Bassett.
